Learn to be gentle with yourself. Respect your body with its strengths and its limitations. Be here and now. Don’t push into anything that doesn’t feel good at this particular moment. Be patient. Always test your limits but don’t go beyond your range of movement. Listen inwards. Your body is wiser than your superficial mind. Keep coming into your Deep Mind, your True Self. You can reach there through your practice. Just listen inwards, listen attentively.
