Every family in Ukraine and Russia has their own recipe of borsch that’s why it always tastes different. Today I’m thankful for…

… the fact that I’m alive, for my mom being able to come from Ukraine for my treatment, for the generosity and support of friends and strangers, for all of the inspirational stories about cancer survivors, for still being able to teach Yoga and see my students grow… I am thankful for my life. I believe that this challenge is a lesson I needed to learn and whatever happens happens for the best. “Lord, thank you that you took it only in money”:)

Flaxseed Flatbread

It is an amazingly easy food to make and so delicious at the same time! The original recipe can be found in the book Wheat Belly.
